The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn on behalf of the appellant. Yet the cross objection of respondent no.1 is pending. The appellant has deposited Rs.3,76,475/-. Out of which an amount of Rs.1,88,238/- was already withdrawn. Hence, the directions :- DIRECTIONS (a) The nazir is directed to transfer the remaining amount to the bank account of respondent no.1 on giving bank details.

(b) Application is disposed of.
