Heard Shri C.G. Barapatre, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Khan, learned A.P.P. for nonapplicant no.1 and Shri Rahul Aloni, learned Counsel for non-applicant no.2.

Learned A.P.P. states that charge sheet in the matter has already been filed.

In view of this statement, we are not inclined to exercise our extra ordinary jurisdiction. However, the applicants are permitted to appear before the Trial Court through their Advocate and file appropriate application within a period of two weeks.

Order 2411apl870.15 If such an application is filed, the learned Trial Court to decide the same in accordance with law, within a further period of four weeks, and not to insist upon appearance of applicants in-person, unless otherwise warranted.

Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of, with no order as to costs.
