After arguing for sometime, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application, it is disposed accordingly.

The learned A.P.P. has submitted that looking to the nature of crime it would be appropriate that directions be given to expedite the trial and complete it within six months. The submission made on behalf of the nonapplicant/ State requires consideration. The Sessions Court is directed to expedite the trial and complete it within six months.

If any accused, released on bail, fails to appear on the date on which trial is fixed or fails to co-operate, the Sessions Court shall refer the matter for cancellation of bail of that accused.
