This application is filed to permit the appellant to deposit the amount in terms of order dated 27.11.2015 within one week and grant stay in terms thereof. The application is filed on 16.11.2016, and it appears from the record that already as the amount is not deposited, as per the order passed by this Court on 09.01.2017, ad interim stay granted earlier is vacated.
