Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

Perused the impugned judgment and order. The case is based only on circumstantial evidence. The applicant / appellant has been held guilty since dead body of his wife was found in his house for which he did not give satisfactory explanation. We, therefore, find that prima faice case is made out for suspension of sentence. Hence, we make the following order :

ORDER

i) Criminal Application No.690 of 2014 is allowed. ii) The sentence awarded is suspended.

iii) The applicant / appellant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- .....2/-

appa690.14 with one solvent surety in the like amount.

iv) The applicant / appellant shall attend the concerned Police Station between 11:00 am and 04:00 pm on every last Sunday of the month.
