This Court on 18.9.2018 after hearing learned counsel for the parties dismissed the writ petition. Though learned counsel Shri J.D. Bastian appeared for respondent Nos.1, 6, 7, 8, and 9 in the matter, due to oversight it is wrongly typed in the said order that Advocate Shri J.D. Bastian did not appear for the said respondents. Therefore, the present application is moved by respondent Nos.1, 6, 7, 8, and 9. The present application is duly affirmed by Advocate Shri J.D. Bastian himself.

The Court also recollects that on 18.9.2018 the submissions of learned counsel Shri J.D. Bastian for respondent Nos.1, 6, 7, 8, and 9 were heard.
