This is an application filed on behalf of - respondent/ non-applicant No. 1 for withdrawal of the balance amount of compensation along with accrued interest.

Shri Kasat, learned counsel for the appellant has no objection for the said withdrawal, however, he submits that it should be made subject to filing of usual undertaking.

In this view of the matter, application is allowed. Respondent - non-applicant No. 1 is permitted to withdraw the balance amount of

0711caf4038.19 compensation along with accrued interest thereon, subject to filing of usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
