The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending arrest in connection with crime registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations against the applicant are that deceased Ku. Komal, aged 13 years, committed suicide leaving behind a note stating that she has committed suicide due to ill-treatment at the hands of the applicant. The applicant is maternal uncle of deceased Ku. Komal. Ku. Komal was living with her mother separately from the complainant (father of deceased Ku. Komal). It is further alleged that the intimation about incident was not given to police and the last rites were performed without giving information to the complainant (father of deceased Ku. Komal).

The circumstances on the record show that the investigation will be necessary. Hence, I am not inclined to consider the prayer made in this application. The application is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.

Criminal Application (APPP) No.1392/2015.

In view of disposal of the main application, the application praying for time to file certified copy of order dated 27-11-2015 has become infructuous. It is disposed accordingly.
