At the outset, he seeks permission to amend the cause title of the petition. Permission is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. In short, the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the sale deed is not executed by the Sub-Registrar inspite of there being no obstacle in doing so. He further submits that the petitioner has made a detailed representation to the respondent Collector, which is still not decided.

Considering the fact that the issue is still not decided by the respondent Collector, we direct the respondent Collector to treat the present petition as representation and decide the issues raised in the petition within a period of eight weeks from today. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of present writ petition along with the copy of the order passed today before the respondent Collector within a period of two weeks. 5.

Decision, if any, taken by the respondent Collector be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
