WRIT PETITION NO. 6964 OF 2017 :

Issue notice to respondents returnable on 27.11.2017. Learned ASGI waives notice for respondent nos. 1 & 2. Perused Section 164(2)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. By ad-interim order, it is clarified that petitioners can continue as Directors of other companies in respect of whom there is no default, if they are already Directors of such company. However, their functioning as such shall be subject to further orders of the Court in the matter.
