DATED : NOVEMBER 05, 2019 After arguing the writ petition for sometime, Shri S.M.Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the same. He however submits that if any fresh material in the form of a report of handwriting expert is received by the defendant no.1, the said defendant be permitted to take appropriate steps in that regard. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Needless to state that it is open for the defendant no.1 to take such steps as are permissible in law after receiving any report of the handwriting expert.
