Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer is made to direct the respondents to comply with the order dated 26.02.2024 passed by the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. Further prayer is made for direction to the respondent not to withhold the pension, and other service benefits of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, has brought our attention to representation dated 15.03.2024 made by him in that behalf. The said representation is still pending. Considering the fact that representation is not decided, we direct respondent-authority to decide the said representation within six weeks from today.

It is further stated that the present petition be treated as an additional representation and same shall also be taken into consideration.

The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of the petition alongwith the order passed today before the Authorities within two weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs.
