An affidavit is filed on behalf of the Commissioner of Police stating therein that the investigation is transferred from Frezarpura Police Station to Crime Branch, Amravati. In view of this, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The petition has served its purpose. Hence, the petition is disposed of as such.
