The challenge raised in the present Writ Petition is to the action on the part of the respondent No. 4 - School in shifting it from S.B.I. Square to village Mohaphata without prior permission of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that without complying with the necessary requirements, the school was shifted which resulted inconvenience being caused to the students.

After filing of the writ petition, in the reply on behalf of the respondent No. 4, it is pointed out that on 11.10.2018, the respondent No. 1 has passed an order permitting the said School to shift to Village Mohaphata subject to certain terms and conditions.

In the light of the aforesaid development, the prayers as made in the writ petition now do not survive. It is however, open for the petitioner, if he is aggrieved by the order dated
19WP6895.18 2/2 11.10.2018 to take such steps as are permissible in law to challenge the same. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
