The learned Advocate for the applicants has submitted that the applicants have filed Criminal Application (APL) No.102/2017 and Criminal Application (APL) No.777/2016 under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying that the F.I.R. lodged against them be quashed. It is submitted that the applications are pending before the Division Bench of this Court and interim orders are granted in those applications in favour of the applicants.

In the above facts, in my view, the present application is not required to be adjudicated. The application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file fresh application, after disposal of the applications filed by them under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, if contingency arises.
