The father of the petitioner claimed to have been in the employment of respondent-WCL, who was declared medically unfit because of his adverse mental health.

It is claimed that in view of employment policy of the respondent-employer, the petitioner is entitled for compassionate appointment.

It is informed that unmarried brother of the petitioner was granted compassionate appointment who has expired. Since the petitioner was dependent on her father and thereafter on her unmarried brother, it is urged that the petitioner is entitled for compassionate appointment.
