DATED : JANUARY 14, 2019 This is the fourth bail application. The only change in circumstance is change of advocate. When the Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application. He submits that the trial Court be directed that the trial be completed within stipulated time. Early disposal of the trial is right of the accused who is languishing in jail.
In that view of the matter, following order is passed.
ORDER
(i) The application is disposed of as not pressed. (ii) The trial Court, before whom the matter is pending in which the applicant is prosecuted, is directed to complete the trial within a period of 10 months from today. It is expected that the applicant will not linger the trial. The application is disposed of.
