The conduct of appellant demonstrates a very sorry state of affairs. On the statement made by the applicant on 20.08.2024, the execution of impugned award was stayed on the condition that the entire amount as awarded shall be deposited within a period of six weeks from the said date. 2.

The amount is not deposited till date.

The matter was listed thereafter on 16.12.2024 and 02.12.2024. On both the occasions, time was extended on the request made by the learned counsel.

Today also a similar request is made. As a last and final chance, time for depositing the amount is extended up to 10.02.2025.

In the event the amount is not deposited before the said date, the application for grant of stay shall stand rejected without reference to the Court.

The extension is granted subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
