It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that proceedings under Section 70(A) of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 having been filed in the year 2019 have been kept pending for no justifiable reasons. It is prayed that the said proceedings be directed to be decided expeditiously.

We have perused the Rojnama of the proceedings which indicates that on 28.11.2019, the counsel for the present petitioners was heard in the said proceedings and the other side was thereafter to be heard. This stage of the proceedings is shown to continue till 12.07.2023. In these facts, the petitioners are permitted to move an application for expeditious disposal of Revision Application No.29 of 2019 on the next date of the said proceedings. If such application is moved by the petitioners, the same shall be considered by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner and shall be decided in accordance with law. Needless to state that if the petitioners are not satisfied with the outcome of such application, they are free to challenge the said order in accordance with law. 3.
The writ petition is disposed of.
