NOVEMBER 3, 2017 Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties i.e. the petitioner and the respondents have amicably resolved their dispute in Mediation. The counsel for the petitioner has tendered a copy of the agreement entered into between the parties. The said copy of the agreement is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and have entered into an agreement, before the Mediator.

In view of the settlement, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
