Mr. C.J.Dhumane, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 on instructions submits that the respondent no.1 has no objection if joint measurement in terms of the application, if moved by the petitioner, is undertaken by the respondent nos.2 and 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that within a period of ten days from today he would move an application seeking such joint measurement. He is permitted to do so. The petitioner shall pay the requisite costs for undertaking such joint measurement with respondent no.3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that such measurement, after deposit of costs, would be carried out by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records having jurisdiction over the said Survey No.92/1 at mouza Shelodi, Tah. Darwha, District Yavatmal. 3.

In view of above, by recording aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
