Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction that he should be allotted the duty only of watchman. The prisoner cannot insist that he should be assigned with the duty as per his choice.

In that view of the matter, we do not find any substance in the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed. Fees payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1,500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only).
