The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies dismissing the revision application and refusing to interfere with the enquiry under the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. On 19th December, 2014 when this Court directed issuance of notice to respondents, on request of the petitioner, it was ordered that this petition be heard with Writ Petition No.7146/2014. The learned Advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the Writ Petition No.7146/2014 was filed by the petitioner making similar grievance. It is further submitted that the Writ Petition No.7146/2014 is dismissed.

Considering the above fact and as I do not find

2 wp7151.14 any patent illegality or perversity in the impugned order, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
