DATED : NOVEMBER 08, 2019 This is an application filed on behalf of the non-applicant herein seeking direction for return of original documents i.e. agreement of sale dated 17/12/2014 to the Court where Special Civil Suit No.178/2015, is pending.

It is pointed out by order dated 11th September, 2019, this Court had directed that the present revision application shall remain pending, till Special Civil Suit No.178/2015 i.e. the suit for specific performance filed by the non-applicant herein is decided by the concerned Trial Court. It is submitted that the original of the said agreement would be necessary for proper decision and disposal of Special Civil Suit No.178/2015.

In view of the above, it is directed that original record which has been summoned in this
