Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal under the Consumer Protection Act which is pending before the Appellate Commission, constituted under Consumer Protection Act and it is fixed on 3.11.2025 for hearing. In that view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Permission granted. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

We expect that the learned Commission will decide the appeal within reasonable period and in any case, within next four months.
