Accordingly, he has filed the Pursis bearing Stamp No.2/2025 dated 23-06-2025.

In view of the said pursis, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The application/s, if any, pending therein are also disposed of.

If the appellant deposits any amount, including the statutory amount, along with interest thereon, it will be returned to the appellant along with interest accrued thereon.
