This petition takes exception to the order dated 11.10.2024 passed by the respondent No.1Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Amravati, in Revision Application No.1/2024.

The petitioner has filed the above revision before the respondent No.1 against the resolution dated 27/12/2023 passed by respondent No.2 - A.P.M.C. Telhara.

By the order impugned, respondent No.1 has allowed the application filed by respondent No.2 for intervention.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.
