Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the charge-sheet has been filed. The statement is not disputed by the learned A.P.P.

It is apparent from the record that earlier bail application of the applicant bearing Criminal Application No.96/2014 was disposed of as withdrawn by order dated 11.03.2014 without any liberty.

In that view of the matter, Criminal Application No.650/2015 is dismissed. The applicant shall surrender and apply for regular bail. The Court shall consider the bail application of the applicant expeditiously.
