Respondent No.1 be served by Registered Post Acknowledgment Due in addition to regular mode of service. CIVIL APPLICATION [CAF] NO.1207/2016:

There shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application, which shall continue to operate pending the decision of the appeal.

The appellant to deposit the entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from today, failing which, the application shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court.

The civil application stands disposed of.
