In the present application, the prayer is for modification of judgment of this Court dated 05.11.2014 in Criminal Application No. 359/2014 on the ground that Criminal Application No. 359/2014 was having two fold prayers; one for putting the order of grant of maintenance to challenge and second for transfer of the proceedings to some other court. The application has been dismissed by this Court insofar as order of maintenance is concerned. In view of above, I find no merit in the present application. Hence, Criminal Application (APPP) No.1507/2014 is dismissed with liberty to file separate proceedings for transfer, if so advised. JUDGE kahale
