Shri A.P. Tatod, learned counsel for the appellant on instructions submits that the appellant shall not claim any interest for the delayed period of 428 days.

In the aforesaid background and for the cause disclosed in the application, the same stands allowed in terms of its prayer clause subject to the condition that the appellant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period in case the appeal is allowed by awarding enhanced compensation. The civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
