By preferring appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court in the Land Acquisition Case No.663/AMT/YTL/2019 dated 30/03/2021 by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur.

By an order dated 20/09/2022, this Court has directed the appellant to deposit the entire compensation amount within a period of eight weeks. However, appellant has not deposited the amount due to some unavoidable circumstances. Now the appellant is seeking permission to deposit the amount by filing this civil application.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount, within a period of one week.
