By these applications, the applicant is seeking correction in the order dated 09.10.2023.

It is contended that in paragraph no.4 (in 2nd line), inadvertently the word 'applicant' has been mentioned instead of 'complainant'.

I have gone through the order. The mistakes being inadvertent, in paragraph no.4 (in 2nd line) word 'applicant' be replaced by 'complainant'. So also, in paragraph no.9, word 'goes' be replaced by 'go'. Correction be carried out and corrected order be uploaded accordingly.

The criminal applications stand disposed of.
