DATED : 21 st January, 2021 Nobody is present for the petitioner in spite of sufficient opportunity having been granted to the petitioner. In the first half today, when this petition was called out, nobody was present for the petitioner and therefore, this matter was kept at 2.00 pm. as stated just now again the absence continues.

The petitioner had sought regular parole on the ground of illness of his wife. The period of illness is seen from the medical certificate was confined to the month of September 2019. Today we are in January 2021 and therefore, the illness of 2019 would no longer be a relevant fact in January 2021 for deciding the case of the petitioner on merits.

The petition is therefore, dismissed as the ground having been based upon his wife illness. 4.
