The learned counsel for the respective parties have tendered a pursis dated 13th October, 2025, recording the terms of settlement mutually agreed between the parties. The pursis is taken on record. 2.
The terms and conditions, as set out in paragraph 3 of the pursis, are reproduced herein below: a.
The Western Coalfields Limited would deposit 75% of the entire decretal amount of the award dated 20/02/2025 along with accrued interest till the date of actual deposit within a period of 8 weeks from the date of order of this Hon'ble Court, with the registry of District Judge, Nagpur;

The Respondent has agreed that till the disposal of Arbitration Case No. 26 of 2025, the Respondent would not press for execution of the proceedings in Arbitration R.D. No. 1343 of 2024, subject to the Petitioner depositing the amount, as mentioned above; c.
That, the Respondent shall be at liberty to move an application for withdrawal of the deposited amount which shall be considered by the learned District-2, Nagpur on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3.
The learned Trial Court is directed to decide Arbitration Case No. 26 of 2025 within a period of six months from the date of this order.
4.
The parties are directed to co-operate with the learned Trial Court to ensure expeditious disposal of the case.
In view of the above settlement, the writ petition stands disposed of.
