Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondents. 2.
The Petitioners, in this Petition seeking relief to quash and set aside the order dated 04/09/2025, issued by the Assistant Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur.

It is contended that there were twice inquiry was made and reports are in favour of the Petitioners. The appointment of Petitioner Nos.5 to 9 were made by following due procedure of law. Their appointments were approved and their names were also included in the Shalarth ID. Inspite of this fact, on the basis of some complaints of some strangers, alleging that the
2 923-WP No.6035.2025 appointments of Petitioner Nos.5 to 9 having been made on the basis of forged documents. The inquiry was conducted by the Education Department. After conducting the inquiry thoroughly, it was found that the appointment of the Petitioner Nos.5 to 9 are genuine and have been made through the legal process. However, by way of the Communication dated 04/09/2025, the Petitioners were directed to appear before the Assistant Director of Education on 12/09/2025 in relation to the same complaint, which was again referred to the Assistant Police Inspector, Amgaon.

We are of the considered opinion that the said inquiry was directed in view of the complaint before the Assistant Police Inspector, Police Station, Amgaon. There are two reports in favour of the Petitioners, which can be shown to have the Authority to get themselves satisfied that the appointment, approval and inclusion of their name in Shalarth ID is as per the provisions of law.

As such, there is no need to set aside the communication dated 04/09/2025, however, we direct the Respondent No.2 and its sub-ordinate authorities to take the decision after submission of the documents within a period of three weeks.

The Petitioners shall appear in the Office of the Deputy Director of Education on 13/10/2025. The Deputy
3 923-WP No.6035.2025 Director shall take decision on the said communication dated 04/09/2025 within a period of three weeks thereafter.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
