DATED : NOVEMBER 7, 2019 Mr. Chavan, learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application. He submits that, in fact, an appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, should have been filed. He, therefore, sought liberty to file the same. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file statutory appeal before this Court. It is made clear that case of the applicant was not heard on its own merit.
