This application is filed by respondents for permission to withdraw balance amount of Rs.25100/- deposited by original applicant before this Court. It is noted that by order dated 6/1/2015, this Court directed original applicant to deposit 50% of arrears of maintenance amount, which was to the extent of Rs.1,00,200/-. In compliance to the said order, amount of Rs.50,100/- is deposited by original applicant, out of which it is stated that amount of Rs.25,000/- is allowed to be withdrawn by respondents. It is the case of present applicants/respondents that they be allowed to withdraw further amount of Rs.25100/- as applicant no.1 has to pay School fee of children and incur other miscellaneous household expenses. It is contended that
2111appr249.16 2/2 husband has not provided any financial assistance or medical expenses, if any, required to be incurred by present applicant wife.
Having considered the facts as aforesaid and as earlier amount was allowed to be withdrawn. the criminal application is allowed.
The present applicants/respondents are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.25,100/-, which is deposited before this Court. The application is disposed of as allowed.
