03rd November, 2017 By this application, it is prayed that the order dated 5th September, 2017 passed in Civil Application No. 955 of 2017 be modified and the time to deposit fifty per cent of the decretal amount be extended. Reasons for making said prayer are stated in the application. The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.

However, considering reasons mentioned, the

time to deposit fifty per cent of the decretal amount is extended by a further period of eight weeks by way of last chance.

Civil Application is disposed of.
