The issue pertains to the proceedings being taken to its logical end by the District Deputy Registrar, in view of the order of remand dated 4th August, 2023 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, (Money Lending) Amravati. 3.

We are informed that the post order of remand in Appeal 30/2022 by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Society, Amravati it was expected of the respondent-District Deputy Registrar, Yavatmal, to decide the claim afresh expeditiously.

As against above, Mr. Patil, learned AGP submits that in the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court may pass an appropriate order in the matter.. 5.

In this background, we permit the petitioner to appear before the District Deputy Registrar, Yavatmal (Money Lending) on 10th December, 2024. 6.

We direct the said Authority to decide the claim of the petitioner, in view of the order dated 4th August, 2023 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Society, Amravati, expeditiously and in any case within a period of six months from the date of appearance.
