By the present application, the applicant is praying for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal before this Court since he is aggrieved by the compensation amount determined by the learned reference Court. Though, the application is coming for the first time, Mr. Kadu and Mr.Balpande, learned counsel for the non applicants, submit that they have no objection for condonation of delay. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Office is directed to register the appeal. First Appeal Stamp No.22870/2018 Heard.
