The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.655/2025 registered at Police Station Amgaon, District Gondia for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 316(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. It is alleged that the applicant, who is newly appointed employee in the Bank, has misappropriated the loan amount deposited by the customers. The show-cause notice was issued against her. She has resigned the job.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is attending the police station and cooperating the police machinery. The learned APP has Kavita

2 / 2 9-aba 751-25 conceded for the same. As the applicant is co-operating with the police machinery, the interim protection granted on 06/10/2025 needs to be confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

Hence, the following order- i] The application is allowed.

ii] The order dated 06/10/2025 granting adinterim anticipatory bail is confirmed. iii] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station till filing of the charge-sheet. iv] The application stands disposed of.
