The civil revision application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Needless to state that every contention raised in the civil revision application and the additional contention that the suit is barred by limitation, is kept expressly open for the trial Court to look into at the stage of final hearing of the suit.

Considering the nature of controversy and the relationship between the contesting parties, it is expected that the trial Court shall finally dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and in any event within one year.
