There is a delay of 17 days caused in filing Second Appeal St. No.21593/2025.

The applicant has stated that the appeal was filed by Online mode within the prescribed period of limitation on 02/09/2025.

In support of the said contention, learned Advocate for the applicant has filed document at Annexure - 1, showing date of filing of second appeal as 02/09/2025. He has also today produced on record the Chalan regarding payment of Court fee of Rs.100/- dated 02/09/2025. It is stated in the application that the second appeal was not registered since soft copy could not be converted from PDF to OCR due to some technical error. It is stated that thereafter the appeal was filed afresh on 26/09/2025 and as a consequence of this, delay around 17 days has occurred in filing the second appeal.

Since the appeal was initially filed within limitation and could not be registered only due to some technical error, application for condonation of delay of 17 days is allowed without issuing notice to the respondent. 5.

Office to register the appeal and list the same for hearing on admission on 02/12/2025.
