This Court by judgment dated 31.10.2018 decided the appeal on merits. Accordingly, respondent no.3 has deposited the entire decreetal with the registry of this court. In view of above, present application is filed by the applicant nos. 1 to 6.

It is their submission that through power of attorney holder, respondent no.2 be permitted to withdraw the entire compensation amount of Rs.20,07,785/- along with interest accrured thereon.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount subject to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial). If any balance amount is remained after calculation as per the judgment of this Court, respondent no. 3 is permitted to withdraw the same. 5.
