Learned Counsel for petitioner in the meantime, seeks interim protection in terms of prayer clause (iii) of the petition, contending that petitioner, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are accused in proceedings under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act filed by respondent No.1 and during the course of hearing in these proceedings, respondent No.1/complainant applied under Section 91 of Criminal Procedure Code for directions to petitioner to produce certain documents, which application is allowed, which according to learned Counsel for petitioner is contrary to the law laid down in the case of State of Gujarat vs. Shyamlal Mohanlal Choksi reported in AIR 1965 SC 1251.

In that view of the matter, till respondents are

2 wp917.16 served, there shall be interim protection in terms of prayer clause (iii) of the petition.
