Learned counsel prays that liberty be granted to appellants to file an application afresh for grant of bail before learned Judge of Court below. 2.
In view of the above, the criminal appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to appellants to file an application afresh for grant of bail before Court below in view of change of circumstance of filing of chargesheet. 3.
