JANUARY 8, 2016 Perused the order dated 09.10.2015 that was passed by this Court. In other words, this is second application for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that she is of the firm opinion that there is no need for custody of the applicants for investigation particularly when the charge-sheet has been filed. In my opinion, prima facie, there is evidence against the applicants. At any rate, this Court is not willing to interfere with order dated 09.10.2015 passed by coordinate Bench of his court by which similar relief was declined.

In that view of the matter, I make the following order.

ORDER

Criminal Application (ABA) No.652/2015 is rejected reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to apply for regular bail.
