(Passed on 11.02.2023) The appellant has filed the Compromise Pursis stating that, they are accepting the decree passed by the Reference Court and do not want to proceed with this appeal.

The appellant Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have executed Power of Attorney in favour of the appellant No.1(a) Subhash. The all appellants are relative to each other and are legal heirs of deceased Jatanbai.

The appellant No.1(a) is directed to file attested photo copy of Power of Attorney on record.

The Compromise Pursis is accepted.

In view of the above, the appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. The Court fees be refunded as per Rules.
