Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The prayer is to direct the respondents to grant the benefit of the Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS) to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to order dated 02/11/2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 727 of 2023, contending that issue involved in the present matter is covered by the aforesaid order.

In that view of the matter, we direct that present petition be treated as a representation.

The said representation shall be decided the the competent authority within a period of six weeks from today, in the light of the order dated 02/11/2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 727 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce a copy of this petition along with the order before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today. 7.
